Where to Buy

We sell TMoto lifts through dealers and factory direct online. Please contact us for your closest dealer. If you wish to become a dealer, please send us an e-mail.

Custom Lifts

The sames great TMoto technology can be customized to your tastes. Materials and finishes on all of our lifts can be modified. We can work with your favorite woodworker or artist for a custom finish or we can recommend one to you. The TMoto Puzzle Lifts can also be purchased as an unfinished unit for customizing yourself.

Additionally, all of our lifts are made to easily be automated. A plug-and-play automation kit can be purchased through our web site. Please e-mail us to discuss your individual needs.

Acceptable Forms of Payment

We accept all major credit cards and process our orders through PayPal. PayPal makes payments easy. When you click the "Add to Cart" button or the "View Cart" button, you will be transferred to PayPal's website. TMoto does not collect credit card information nor does it receive credit card data from PayPal.

Buyer Protection

TMoto using PayPal to process orders because it is fast, easy and secure. PayPal helps to ensure both buyers and sellers that their online transaction is safe. Paypal is a certified licensee of the TRUSTe® Privacy Seal Program and is a certified participant of the BBBOnLine® Privacy Program. Learn how PayPal is fighting fraud on your behalf. Shipping Policy

At this time, we only ship within the continental United States to street addresses.

Orders for manual lifts delivered to the continental US are shipped via FED Ex Ground, UPS Ground or freight truck. There is an additional $150 charge for shipping and handling. Check your e-mail for periodic updates from us on your order.

Custom lifts ship via White Glove service. There is an additional $150 charge for installing robotic lifts. White Glove deliveries will be scheduled directly with you.

Orders typically take 2-4 weeks to ship. Express shipping may be available at an additional charge. Customers requiring overnight or 2-day guaranteed delivery should e-mail us for a quote. Due to the weight of our products, air freight is considerably more expensive than ground service.

When your order arrives, please maintain the original packing materials and shipping boxes until you have inspected all items. Original packaging is required for all product returns.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has shipped out of our facility, you may be responsible for paying the actual outgoing and return shipping on portions of or the entire order.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are not 100% satisfied with your TMoto purchase within two weeks of receipt, contact us at tmoto@tmoto.com. Your product may qualify to be returned for a full refund. Return shipping charges may apply.

Place all items in their original boxes and e-mail us to get return authorization from TMoto. We will schedule the return pick up of your order.

All returns must be preauthorized by TMoto. Unauthorized returns will not be credited.

If you wish to change or cancel your order after it has shipped, you may be responsible for paying the actual outgoing and return shipping on portions of, or the entire order.
